The Role As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, coordinating care staff, managing rotas, and supporting both clients and care workers to ensure smooth service delivery. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
