Working alongside the Reablement lead and professional colleagues the post holder will devise and deliver training opportunities through a range of mediums to support induction programmes and on‑going continuous professional development.
The successful post holder will have experience in training, and workplace staff performance management, utilising a range of metrics and IT capabilities. Applicants will be strong communicators across a range of diverse staff groups and have a proven record of continuous professional development. A UK driving licence and access to a car is essential, and agile working will enable you to access all the localities across the County.
