Responsibilities

Marketing new rental properties
Reference checking prospective tenants
Arranging and conducting viewings and valuations
Coordinating tenancy agreements and move-ins
Ongoing property management
Organising inspections and gas safety checks
Handling move-outs and processing bond returns
Chasing rent arrears
Prospecting for new business opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in lettings
Strong knowledge of the customer service sector
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive and professional approach
