Position: Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships - Facilities Management Sector

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior sales professional to develop and grow their facilities market sector.
About the Role
To lead business growth and new revenue streams for the organisation through developing commercial opportunities and creating new partnerships. With an initial focus on scaling our client's Facility Management marketplace to meet revenue targets and deliver new business goals.
Responsibilities
* Proven ability to research and capitalise on opportunities and implement business plans.
* Negotiate and manage agreements by executing contracts with partners, ensuring legal compliance and appropriate terms.
* Develop scalable frameworks for growth, initially focusing on Facilities Management, diversifying revenue, and expanding reach.
* Identify, test, refine, and optimise new channels and secure partnerships for maximum market impact.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations, fostering collaboration and communication to preserve and develop custom.
* Financial modeling and budget management.
* Oversee proposals, contract negotiations, and onboarding process for new clients.
* Manage new Facilities Management partners, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
* Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve business goals, including income growth, market expansion, and engagement.
* Track the performance of partnerships to identify success and identify areas for improvement.
* Work collaboratively with sales, operations and marketing across the full group of companies to align strategies that drive Facilities Management business growth.
Qualifications
Must have a proven track record of delivering profitable growth to the Facilities management sector.
Experience operating within a service-driven environment.
Excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen. Strong stakeholder management experience.
