Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will:
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Translate complex processes into clear functional specifications.
* Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the transport industry.
* Support the delivery of high-quality SaaS products from concept to launch.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within software or technology environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience with SaaS platforms, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
