* Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data to drive performance.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Additional languages are an advantage, but not essential.
