Early Years Teaching Assistant - Gloucester Location: Gloucester Salary: £444.60 - £529.45 per week Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary About the Role: Monarch Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Gloucester. Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons. Assist with the planning and preparation of activities that promote learning and development. Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, ensuring their individual needs are met. Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting to the teacher as required. Requirements: Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting (school or nursery). A relevant qualification in childcare or education (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for supporting young learners. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
