Main Purpose of Job :The Sales Administration Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all sales administration and order-processing activity within NI Direct Sales. This role owns sales administration processes end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency, while shielding sales teams from administrative workload and operational distraction. The role acts as the central point of control for sales administration, reporting, and process improvement. Key Tasks: Sales Administration & Operations Oversee daily sales administration activity, including order processing, documentation, and customer records Own and manage centralised sales administration workflows, including shared inboxes and standardised processes Ensure compliance with pricing structures, company policies, and contractual requirements Maintain CRM data integrity and process discipline Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the sales administration team Allocate workload effectively and set clear performance expectations Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture Reporting & Insight Produce regular sales administration reports and performance dashboards Support the Sales Manager with sales data, insights, and trend analysis Contribute to forecasting, planning, and budgeting activity Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives Implement and embed new tools, systems, or workflows Train team members on processes, systems, and best practices Stakeholder Coordination Act as a key escalation point for complex order or documentation queries Work closely with Sales, Accounts, and other internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery Person Specification: The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate that they can meet the following essential requirements.
