Supporting a female client with anAcquired Brain Injury in her own home. The client requires 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis shifts would be:12-hour days only.
You will need:
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (sponsors are not available).
* Must meet a specific level of competence or knowledge.
* UK Driver's license (Must have)
* Excellent communication skills
* Caring, patient and empathetic nature
Your role would include:
* Supporting with daily living tasks including maintaining healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, attending appointments and managing correspondence, including finances and budgeting.
* Supporting the client with rehabilitation and therapy goals as set by the MDT.
* Access to meaningful activities in the community and within the home.
* Maintaining daily records.
