This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer who enjoys a mix of high-quality advisory work, client relationship management and team involvement, within a supportive and well-structured environment.
You’ll be joining a firm that places real emphasis on quality of advice, collaboration and long-term client relationships, rather than volume-driven work.
The role will involve:
* Advising employer clients on a broad range of employment matters
* Managing complex and sensitive cases with autonomy
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting and supervising junior lawyers where appropriate
* Contributing to business development and client growth initiatives
* Playing a part in pitches, networking and raising the team’s profile
This position reflects a Managing Associate level role, with responsibility not only for your own matters but also for contributing to the wider success of the team.
