Part-Time IFA Administrator
Pontefract Office Based
Up to £28,000 FTE
Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive and close-knit firm with real flexibility?
We’re working in partnership with a highly respected, independent financial advice firm in Pontefract, who are looking to add an experienced Part-Time Administrator to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-focused and client-friendly professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced yet friendly environment.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting the advisers with a wide range of administrative duties, including:
* Processing new business and client documentation
* Preparing valuation reports and annual review packs
* Managing provider and platform correspondence
* Updating client records and CRM systems (Intelligent Office)
* General client servicing and communications
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
* Confident using financial platforms and provider portals
* Previous experience with Intelligent Office would be of most interest
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A professional and approachable communicator
* Someone who thrives in a small office environment and enjoys working autonomously
