Job Details:
* Title/Location: Customer Service Consultant, Epsom/WFH
* Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + bonus (£800 - £1,200) + pension
* Work Arrangement: Average 3 days in office, 2 days WFH. Training is 100% office-based.
* Requirements: Telephone-based experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance.
* Role Snapshot: Liaising with new/prospective customers, answering queries, detailing product benefits, with approximately 20% of time on administration.

The role involves acting as the initial contact for prospective customers and intermediaries, outlining product benefits without 'selling' or providing advice. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, handling calls efficiently, promoting products informatively, issuing literature, following up on inquiries, and attending promotional events.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
Skills & Experience:
Telephone experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance, with good MS Office skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
