We are searching for an Office Manager who will be at the centre of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and supporting both our staff and clients. You'll be entrusted with responsibilities that range from overseeing administrative processes, supporting the Directors, managing a small administration team to implementing new systems that advance our efficiency as a business. You'll help shape our working environment and be a driving force behind Lindley's continued success.
We're seeking someone who has a strong background in office administration with experience of supervising staff along with strong organisational skills, initiative and a proactive mindset. You should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, juggling multiple tasks and possess excellent attention to detail.
