Senior Registrations Executive - Membership
Full‑time | 35 hours | Office‑based (Central London)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a historic, high‑profile organisation as a Senior Registrations Executive, playing a key role in shaping an efficient, member‑centric registration function.
Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help streamline processes, improve workflows, and support the delivery of an exceptional experience for thousands of members across the UK and internationally.
What you’ll be doing
- Producing accurate, automated reporting across KPIs and SLAs relating to member registration and status.
- Supporting the development and rollout of new digital and operational processes, including documentation and team training.
- Acting as a first point of contact for complex member or internal queries, sharing knowledge and best practice across the team.
- Coordinating team input into UAT for new platform releases and process improvements while maintaining BAU service levels.
- Helping to build a collaborative, engaged team culture with a strong customer‑service mindset.
- Maintaining clear, visual workflows and training materials for new starters and ongoing development.
- Partnering with internal departments to support new initiatives and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date member information.
- Assisting Finance with audit requests and contributing to strong internal controls.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and governance requirements.
- Supporting wider operational tasks as needed.
