Job Summary
Previous Experience:
* Previous career success in new B2B business sales, such as SDR, sales executive, or business development type role.
* Industry experience - SaaS, Software, IT Services, Technology, Professional Services, Subscriptions, Utilities, Commercial Real Estate
* Track record of hitting sales targets and driving sales revenue
Inbound call centre or B2C outbound call centre experience is not of interest.
Your tool kit:
* Skilled in new business sales or telesales or as a Sales Development Rep (SDR)
* Previous track record in new business sales
* Self-motivated, resilient, and driven
* You must be a “conversation starter”
* An influencer, someone who creates sales opportunity
* Build rapport and trust
* Is resilient, tenacious, and wants to win
* You could say “competitive”
* If you spoke to a customer two weeks ago, they remember you today, so.. “charismatic”
* Understands that listening is more important than talking
* Experienced in selling to business owners and leaders.
* Professional, credible and hold standards
