Purpose of the role

Accountabilities
* Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change
* Develop business requirements to address problems and opportunities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs
* Support the creation of business cases to justify investments
* Conduct feasibility studies for proposed solutions
* Create reports on project progress, ensuring delivery within time and budget
* Design operational and process workflows to ensure solution delivery within scope
* Assist in change management activities, including developing traceability matrices
