Recruitment Consultant - Construction - Farnborough
£28k-£32k per annum (DOE) OTE £60K-£80K first year, set to increase after one year of billing

We now have an exciting opportunity for someone new to join this thriving team, stepping into a warm desk and established network from day one. Our Farnborough manager is deeply committed to nurturing talent, transforming each consultant that has joined us into a success story and with this personalised, one on one training it is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant to take a step up joining Daniel Owen with aspirations to progress onto a managerial role in the future.
Your impact/duties as a Recruitment Consultant:
1. Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
2. Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
3. 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
4. Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
