Job Description
1. Managing complex disrepair cases as a Disrepair Surveyor across London-based social housing stock
2. Surveying residential properties in London and producing detailed reports and repair specifications
3. Leading disrepair case management from inspection through to resolution as a Disrepair Surveyor
4. Liaising with legal teams, contractors, residents and local authorities across London
5. Monitoring budgets, programmes and contractor performance on disrepair works in London
Skills / Qualifications
6. Proven experience as a Disrepair Surveyor within social housing or a local authority environment
7. Strong knowledge of disrepair legislation and housing standards relevant to London properties
8. HNC qualified (or equivalent experience) in building surveying, construction or similar discipline
9. Experience managing contractors, consultants and budgets as a Disrepair Surveyor
10. Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across London
