Do you enjoy building rapport with people over the phone?
Have you got experience in working in customer services previously and delivering high levels of customer care?
As a Credit Controller, you will participate in delivering high-quality debt recovery services for the lettings services team.
Your duties will include:
* Carrying out administrative tasks related to debt recovery services for tenanted properties.
* Ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of financial data in the Property Management System.
* Minimising unpaid rent through rigorous application of arrears procedures.
* Delivering high-quality client accounting services.
* Producing client arrears reports as required.
* Monthly reporting to Lettings Senior Credit Controller and Lettings Services Manager.
* Reconciling tenancy accounts and liaising with Government Agencies as necessary.
* Preparing legal cases and liaising with Solicitors regarding possession.
* Reporting to Clients and Property Managers.
* Reviewing unposted receipts, investigating, and resolving unidentified items.
* Processing credit/debit card payments through our online system.
* Managing tenant accounts daily.
Skills and experience required:
Strong customer service and general administration skills.
