Established in 1856 and now recognised as a Top 200 firm, our client provides a comprehensive legal and wealth management service across multiple Midlands locations. Due to continued departmental growth, the firm is seeking talented Litigation Executives, Solicitors, or Legal Executives to join their Personal & Business Dispute Resolution Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a mixed caseload of civil litigation work from start to completion.
* Generate new business and convert enquiries/quotations.
* Promote the firm’s excellent reputation in line with departmental marketing strategies.
Key Requirements:
* Newly Qualified Solicitors (NQ) up to 1 year PQE for roles at the firm’s Lincoln office.
* Solicitors / Legal Executives with 4+ Years PQE for positions at any of the firm’s other offices.
* Have a strong understanding of Dispute Resolutions law and can handle a caseload from start to completion.
