The role
:
As an Income Officer you will support the delivery of the income management service, which aims to maximise the amount of rent collected. Minimising financial hardship within our communities.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
1. Collecting rent and supporting people out of rent arrears.
2. Working in partnership to enable customers to access financial and tenancy support.
3. Establishing and maintaining strong, effective relationships with emh colleagues and external partners.
4. Legally escalating possession claims when appropriate, in line with procedure.

Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level 4 – 9 (C or above) standard, or equivalent, in English and Maths
