Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soldering Operative located in Colne. The Soldering Operative will perform day-to-day tasks such as assembling electronic components, soldering parts to PCBs, inspecting components for quality assurance, and maintaining workstations and tools. The role also includes reading and interpreting assembly instructions, coordinating with team members to meet production targets, and adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in soldering techniques and assembling electronic components
* Experience with reading and interpreting assembly instructions and technical drawings
* Keen attention to detail for quality assurance and inspection
* Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous experience in electronics or manufacturing is a plus
* Ability to maintain tools and workspace
