The Role
The Administrator will be responsible for:
Organising and coordinating property repairs
Conducting property visits
Liaising with contractors, tenants and property owners
Ensuring all properties are well-maintained and repairs are completed in a reasonable timeframe
Managing property records
Assisting with budget management
Providing excellent customer service
Skills and Qualifications
Property management skills
Knowledge of The Renters Rights Bill
Level 3 Propertymark or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
Knowledge of Homes Fit for Habitation and Awaabs Law
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using computer software and databases
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
