Overview
Bright Horizons Northgate House Nursery and Preschool – a Nursery and Preschool located in the beautiful market town of Beaconsfield, just a 15‑minute walk from Beaconsfield rail station and local shops. The nursery has recently undergone refurbishment, with spacious, bright rooms, outdoor spaces and a range of sensory and learning areas. In addition to a welcoming environment, we offer extracurricular activities such as Little Stars music sessions and Spanish lessons.
Location & Hours
Location: Beaconsfield, HP9
Hours: 40 hours per week (4 long days 07:30–18:30). Permanent position.
Salary
Starting from €30,804.80 per annum, dependent on qualification(s) and experience.

The Role
As a Room Leader you will lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will help all children in the room develop and meet their individual milestones, promote child welfare, health and safety and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents and other professionals to meet each child's needs.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
* Previous experience within an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
* Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
* Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers
* Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults
