What you will do:

* Collaborate effectively with partners in the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to develop appropriate safeguarding plans.
* Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and ensure clear and effective communication.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, preparing comprehensive reports as required.
* Support families to access services and interventions, promoting positive outcomes and resilience.
* Monitor and review cases, ensuring timely actions and interventions to safeguard vulnerable children.
* Respond to inquiries and initiate appropriate actions within statutory guidelines and organisational policies.
