We are looking for a dedicated, forward-thinking Salaried GP to join our close-knit team. This role offers the rare opportunity to combine traditional family medicine with acute community hospital care and out-of-hours emergency cover, all within a stunning, supportive island setting.

Our team manages daytime general practice alongside the local community hospital and out-of-hours (OOH) cover. This ensures an incredibly rich and varied clinical portfolio:
Diverse General Practice:Engaging, varied daily clinics across 6 to 7 daytime sessions, with manageable patient numbers that allow for a genuinely holistic approach to medicine. We deliver this care at 3 sites across the Island.
Community Hospital & Intermediate Care:Manage acute admissions, rehabilitation, and palliative care in our dedicated community hospital beds. These sessions would be included in your weekly in-hours commitment.
Emergency & Out-of-Hours Care:Deliver vital emergency medicine and out-of-hours on-call cover, working collaboratively with emergency services and emergency medical retrieval teams when required.

What We Are Looking For
* A fully qualified GP registered with the GMC.
* A full driving licence.
* Comfort or a strong interest in developing skills in acute/emergency care and rural medicine (comprehensive support and training provided).

The successful applicant will be entitled to a Remote & Rural Golden Hello payment of up to £10,000 plus relocation expenses. The practice funds indemnity cover for all salaried GPs with the MDDUS.
