Will not relocate. US need only to apply. Eastern Industrial Automation, Inc. (EIA) is seeking an experienced Vibration Technician to work out of our Bedford, NH branch.

We are seeking a new team member to perform data collection and field service in support of our local sales staff and existing customer base.
Responsibilities:
* Perform vibration data collection, analysis, and timely reporting of machine condition findings.
* Handle routine and emergent data collection needs for a diverse customer base.
* Evaluate machinery health and condition of all types of rotating equipment through detailed vibration data analysis.
* Conduct failure analysis of rotating equipment to determine root causes and help develop solutions to prevent reoccurrences.
* Provide supportive services such as laser alignment, dynamic balancing, and oil analysis.
* Troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation related to data collection systems.
* Perform select field services such as changing sheaves and belts.
* Interface with key stakeholders, including Automation, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Specialists, as well as Field Service Technicians, to grow the business.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience with certification of ISO category one or equivalent in machinery vibration analysis.
* Minimum of two years’ experience in vibration data analysis.
* Knowledge of vibration data and analysis techniques.
* Experience working with internal teams and external suppliers.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with rotating equipment.
* Experience with machine learning and innovative machinery health assessments is a plus.
* Willingness to travel throughout the local designated market areas.
* Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM. The role reports directly to the Engineering Service Manager. Benefits include a company vehicle, gas card, laptop, and Emerson CSI vibration software monitoring equipment. Travel within the area is expected to be 50-60%, with occasional overnight stays.
