This is a specialist, person-centred service designed to support individuals involved in, or at risk of entering, the criminal justice system. The programme works with participants to address multiple and complex barriers to employment, training and stability, helping them build the skills, confidence and support networks needed to make positive, sustained life changes.You will oversee performance, quality, compliance and financial performance, while developing strong local partnerships to support participant progression into employment or learning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop delivery and support teams to achieve contractual targets and outcomesDrive high levels of performance, quality and compliance across all service delivery activityMaximise participant progression, including job outcomes and sustained employment or learningBuild and maintain strong local relationships with employers, partners and stakeholdersOversee financial performance, including income targets, staff productivity, client spend and office costsEnsure robust data management, accuracy and audit compliancePromote continuous improvement across systems, processes and service qualityMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant local and national policy, labour market trends and funding requirementsEnsure services are delivered with integrity, professionalism and a strong focus on participant experienceTake responsibility for health and safety compliance across delivery sitesUndertake any other reasonable duties required to support service successAbout YouEssential Skills & ExperienceProven experience of leading and managing teams in a performance-led environmentStrong track record of delivering against targets and contractual outcomesConfident communicator, able to present to partners and stakeholdersExperience working with management information (MI) and financial dataStrong written skills, with the ability to produce clear reportsCompetent user of IT systemsKnowledge & AttributesGood understanding of publicly funded services and policy-driven environmentsKnowledge of people management principles and employment legislationAwareness of local labour markets and employer engagementResults-driven, resilient and proactiveConfident people manager with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA collaborative team player with high levels of integrity
