What’s involved?
This role would ideally suit an experienced Demi Chef De Partie who is looking for their next step up in the kitchen or a Chef De Partie looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the Sous chef, supporting him in the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Chef De Partie must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
