📅🖥️ PA to 2 x Directors - Construction📬📋




Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Benefits

Hours: 40 hours (08:00hrs - 17:00hrs)

Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)

Contract: Permanent / Full-Time - (Hybrid) - 1 Day WFH

Location: City of London





🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting for a PA to 2 x Directors within a well-established and prestigious property development business.





💫As the Personal Assistant, you will be instrumental in ensuring the Director's day-to-day activities run smoothly. You’ll bring top-tier organisational skills, assist in handling confidential information, and offer support across multiple business areas.




⭐ This is a unique role suited to someone ready to immerse themselves in a fast-paced environment, where they can leverage their interpersonal and administrative skills to support both the Directors.




🤓 Responsibilities of the role, but not limited to;



* Diary and Schedule Management: Handle complex scheduling, organising meetings, and coordinating appointments, ensuring timely communication across the team.
* Document Preparation and Meeting Support: Prepare materials for meetings, draft agendas, take and distribute minutes, and ensure all necessary documents are available ahead of time.
* General Administration: Maintain accurate records and assist with file management, document organisation, and handling expenses.
* Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison across departments, facilitating clear and effective communication between the technical team and external partners.
* Invoice and Budget Tracking: Manage invoices, track expenses, and support budget oversight in collaboration with finance teams.
* Reception and Office Support: Occasionally provide reception cover, and assist with organising team functions and ad-hoc tasks as required.



🤩 Desirable attributes of the successful candidate;



* Experience: Previous administrative or PA experience in a corporate, fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint; accurate typing and proofreading skills.
* Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy in managing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining data records.
* Adaptable and Proactive Attitude: Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities with a positive approach.
* Personable and Professional: Friendly, approachable, and capable of representing the team with professionalism.
