With the launch of their brand-new office in Watford this March, they're looking to bring on board a talented Senior Building Surveyor / Project Manager to help drive their next chapter.
Working closely with another experienced consultant, you'll play a central role in shaping landmark projects and helping to steer the business toward continued growth and excellence. Specialising in the Education and Commercial sectors, the team tackles a diverse mix of high-impact projects—from new build developments and fire safety upgrades to cladding replacements and modern ventilation systems.

The Role:
Preparing design specifications and feasibility studies for various projects
Overseeing contract administration and project management duties
Conducting condition surveys and asset management planning
Communicating effectively with clients and managing client relationships
Supporting the bid writing team with business development and tender submissions
Assisting with any other tasks that support the successful delivery of projects The Person:
A degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited preferred)
Chartered Membership (RICS, CIOB, or MAPM) is preferred but candidates working towards chartership will also be considered
