About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a well-established and respected housebuilder, guiding customers through one of the most important decisions of their lives - buying a new home.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and engage prospective buyers, delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Provide detailed information on our homes, developments, and purchase process
* Manage leads effectively, following up on enquiries and maintaining strong relationships
* Conduct property viewings and showcase show homes to a high standard
* Support customers throughout the sales journey, from initial enquiry to completion
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems
* Work towards and exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (property experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, target-driven mindset
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
