Here's What You'll Own:
* Real Leadership: You’ll be a constant presence on the floor, setting the tone, mentoring nurses, and challenging standards — not just maintaining them.
* Clinical Oversight: From person-centred care plans to robust clinical documentation, you’ll ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
* Governance & Compliance: You'll drive regulatory excellence and hold the line on quality, safety, and professional integrity.
* Team Development: Supervision, appraisals, training, mentoring, retention — it’s your team, and they’ll follow your lead.
* Incident Management: You’ll take charge of reviews, ensure learning is embedded, and keep the team focused on continuous improvement.
* Innovation & Impact: From new care pathways to cultural change, you’ll have a seat at the table and a voice that matters.
What You Bring to the Table:
* RMN or RNLD with solid post-registration experience
* Leadership chops — you’ve managed teams and made tough calls
* A track record of delivering quality in acute or complex mental health settings
* Skilled at managing people, processes, policies — and pressure
* Fierce commitment to patient dignity, staff development, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching
