Our client is one of the world\\\'s largest independent suppliers of aerostructures and systems within the aviation market. At their facility near Glasgow, they are responsible for the design, engineering and manufacture of a range of products, including skins, spars, rib posts and joint plates, for customers including Boeing and Airbus. They are looking to add a number of contract Supplier Quality Engineers on an initial 3 month basis - these positions will cover a variety of supplier locations throughout the UK. We\\\'d be interested in hearing from candidates with a strong aerospace supplier quality background and specific experience in the following areas: - Good experience of Airbus products, engineering drawings and specification requirements Airbus UK and Airbus transnational, A320, A350, A380 experienceAble to walk the manufacturing process and effectively verify all key process parametersAble to drive actions autonomously without support, tenacious, assertiveMachining, detail fabrication and composite manufacturing experienceExcellent communicator, both verbal and able to utilise MS software packages, Excel, PowerPoint etc.Experience with practical problem solving, continuous improvement, root cause analysis and corrective actionsAble to utilise FMEA toolset.Experience with first article inspection to AS9102 requirementsKnowledge/some background in materials and processes engineering information If you\\\'d like to know more about this requirement, please contact the Verify team on the details below.
