Finishing Manager - £10m Care Home Project Regional Main Contractor Salary: Up to £60,000 Package A well-respected regional contractor is looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join the team on a £10m care home development currently moving into its internal phases, there is a strong project pipeline after the completion of this project. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes real pride in delivering high-quality finishes and enjoys driving projects over the line. You'll be working closely with the site team to ensure the final stages of the build are delivered to a high standard and handed over smoothly. The Role You will take ownership of the internal finishing stages of the project, managing subcontractors and ensuring all works are completed to the required quality ahead of handover.
