Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wraparound Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within our wraparound programme. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills,, and the ability to communicate effectively with both children, parents and staff. This role is crucial in ensuring that the children in our care are safe and have a wonderful time whilst with us after school, and that the highest standards of service are maintained.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support
* Plan and deliver a wide range of activities daily.
* Communicate clearly with team members, children and parents, to foster a collaborative environment.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
* Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for success.
* Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Prepare light meals for the children
* Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a related field.
* Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving goals.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality care through effective planning and execution of activities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £13.50-£16.00 per hour
