The Opportunity We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated night team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about elderly care, confident supporting residents overnight, and eager to make a positive difference in a close-knit residential setting. As a Night Care Assistant, you will deliver compassionate, attentive care while supporting residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the night.
