The organisation delivers a comprehensive portfolio of community action services and projects, supporting local voluntary and community groups and empowering individuals to engage and improve their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations, report on progress and impact
* Lead and support line managers, ensuring smooth coordination across projects
* Drive fundraising efforts to secure new revenue streams
About You
We seek a visionary leader with:
* Proven management experience in the charity or non-profit sector
* Experience in people management and funding management
* Knowledge of statutory standards (e.g., CQC, local authority regulations)
* Excellent communication, team motivation, and digital skills
* Ability to foster innovation and identify new funding opportunities
Qualifications
A strong general education, with additional qualifications being advantageous.
