Location: Based at HMP Rochester, in Kent
Shifts: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Monday to Friday and includes working evenings, nights, weekends and Bank/Public holidays.
Hourly rate: £14.97 per hour, increasing to £26.95 per hour with overtime

As a prison escort, you'll be responsible for escorting contractors and personnel on and off-site, enabling them to complete planned and minor works while upholding the highest safety and security standards.
Key responsibilities
1. Escort contractors: Ensure contractors are safely guided to and from work areas, always maintaining compliance.
2. Contractor check-in: Verify ID, assist with check-in, and ensure all documentation is in order.
3. Vehicle access: Manage contractor vehicle entry where required.
