Job Summary
We are currently recruiting Night Care Assistants to support our residents during overnight hours in a warm, respectful, and person-centred care home environment. If you are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and emotional support to residents throughout the night.
* Monitor wellbeing and respond to any needs or emergencies.
* Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort checks.
* Maintain accurate records and handover notes for day staff.
* Ensure a calm, safe, and respectful environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential.
* A caring and empathetic nature.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills and a respectful approach to elderly care.
* Relevant care qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care) are an advantage.
