We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to support our clients business operations and drive success across several key areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day sales and purchase ledgers
* Handle credit control processes efficiently
* Carry out reconciliation of accounts and prepare up to Trial Balance
* Assist with month-end procedures
* Oversee all aspects of the company's social media presence
* Support the Director's administration tasks
Key Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with sales knowledge
* Hands-on experience with both Sales & Purchase ledgers
* Part-qualified or qualified by experience (QBE) accountant
* SAGE software proficiency is essential
* Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and social media management
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-driven attitude
* Exceptional organisational skills and proactive work ethic
* Collaborative team player with a flexible, positive outlook
* Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (advanced Excel skills are advantageous)
Job Details
* Accounts Administrator
* Croydon, Surrey
* Up to £30,000 per annum
* Full Time - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
