Job Description
Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity for a Composite Event Support Team Leader to join our well-established Composites team. Based in the heart of our innovative and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this great opportunity is perfect for those wanting to lead and develop a high-performing team in F1.This department supports both Race and Factory activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the Composite Assembly and Event Support Group Leader and other Team Leaders to understand priorities and deadlines.
* Organise technicians and prioritise daily workloads to ensure high utilisation and effective shift management.
* Troubleshoot planning and manufacturing issues, providing feedback and improvement suggestions.
* Liaise on staff overtime and coordinate extra shifts to cover workload.
* Ensure the quality of parts produced, identifying and correcting deviations from specifications.
* Maintain effective communication with shift personnel, the Nightshift Chargehand, Manufacturing Engineer, and other shift leaders.
* Commit to meeting production targets without compromising quality.
* Administer company policies and procedures consistently.
