Your future role To lead and manage the team to deliver on the technical and competence needs of the organisation in line with current legislation and industry standards by delivering targeted solutions that develop the skill set and competence of employees. Working with sites, customers and internal stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class training solution to support the growing needs of the Services business ensuring that we can deliver a technically skilled and safety critically competent workforce. We’ll look to you for: Lead and manage a team of trainers and assessors to plan and deliver technical and non-technical skills demonstrated and assessed through safety critical competence Continuously develop the competence and capability of the team to deliver and evaluate blended learning solutions across the Services business Work closely with all locations to understand the competence and technical training requirements short, medium, and long term Work collaboratively with the Platform Training Team to continuously offer best learning solutions to stakeholders Work collaboratively with support teams and functions to deliver best-in-class solutions that support 'working safely and competently' at all locations following EHS CMS procedures Work closely with site leads to support local projects and learning needs Lead technical learning development, apprentices, and upskilling programmes at local sites Lead and manage onboarding, induction, and technical development of new starters All About You We value passion and attitude over experience.
