Our client, an internationally recognised provider of SaaS solutions to resellers, distributors, and end-users, is seeking aCustomer Liaison Officer/1st line technical supportto join their growing support and implementation team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with over 1,400 customer organisations across multiple time zones, providing high-quality customer care, product implementation, and 1st line technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver 1st line customer care and technical support across a suite of enterprise software tools.
2. Act as a primary point of contact for customer onboarding, configuration, and ongoing account management.
3. Respond to and triage technical queries via shared support systems and email channels, escalating to technical specialists as necessary.
