You'll be responsible for:

* Driving regional growth through business development and strategic client engagement.
* Supporting and mentoring colleagues to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
* Building relationships with industry stakeholders, professional contacts, and key partners.
* Representing the business at industry events and within the wider agricultural sector.
* Contributing to regional financial performance and commercial success.
