GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Humanities Teacher to join a good, reputable school in Sleaford. This full-time role, starting in April (after the Easter break), offers a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and deliver high-quality lessons. The school has a gap in the department and although they are seeking to temporarily appoint for one term, it is likely the role will continue to a fixed term contract. The school is currently looking at their timetable so all Humanities teachers are welcome to apply and they will consider, History, Geography or RE Specialists.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons across various year groups.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
5. Support students' academic and personal development.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential in the UK.
2. Strong subject knowledge in Geography, History or RE/RS.
3. Previous experience teaching Humanities subjects would be advantageous.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.
