Role
As a Telematics Operations Coordinator, your role will focus on two key aspects:
1. Inbound and outbound communications:
o Respond to customer inbound communications in line with SLAs across channels such as email, web-chat, social media, and voice.
o Proactively contact customers for device installation/return, driver feedback, or intervention, in line with SLAs.
2. Data validation:
o Complete daily system-driven data validation reports within SLAs.
o Identify, investigate, and resolve data validation issues, working with internal and external parties.
General responsibilities include:
* Acting as a point of contact for daily questions from internal and external teams.
* Contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
* Providing testing support for projects.
* Maintaining knowledge of operational processes and telematic devices.
Key performance indicators:
* Completing daily tasks within SLAs.
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
* Demonstrating knowledge of data, processes, and products.
* Applying analytical and critical thinking to resolve issues.
Skills & experience required:
* Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
* Strong analytical and data entry skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
* Flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
* Experience in organizing meetings, managing actions, and liaising with parties.
