Job Description
We’re seeking a talented Senior Architect to join a successful practice, working across a diverse mix of commercial and residential projects in the North West. With an expanding portfolio they are looking to strengthen the team with a capable and self-sufficient Senior Architect. The Role
* Lead projects through all RIBA stages (0-7)
* Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinate design information, using ArchiCAD.
* Prepare and manage planning submissions
* Coordinate inputs from consultants.
* Act as primary point of contact for clients and local authority bodies.
* Ensure full compliance with council procedures, tender requirements, and reporting standards.
* Offer support to junior members of the team when required.
The Person
* ARB and RIBA‑registered Architect with 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
* A proven track record delivering both commercial and residential projects.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Proficient in CAD software - ArchiCAD preferred.
* Strong technical skills with a delivery focused approach
* Strong communicator and can work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Must have full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
