A growing international financial services business is looking for a senior FP&A Analyst to join its expanding Finance team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will bring strong financial modelling skills, advanced Power BI capability, and have proven exposure within a financial services environment. Responsibilities: Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, providing clear insight to support decision-making Develop and maintain financial models, Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to analyse performance trends and key business drivers across segments and products Review daily P&L and KPIs to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting Produce monthly flash P&L, analyse performance against budget and deliver insightful commentary Support preparation of monthly management packs and Board materials, including performance analysis and presentation slides Drive continuous improvement across planning, reporting and data processes, enhancing efficiency and automation Act as a senior analytical point within the team, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives including cost optimisation, revenue analysis, automation and transformation projects Support development of new analytics tools and performance tracking frameworks Requirements: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent finance background Proven experience in FP&A, ideally at manager or senior analyst level Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel capability Strong Power BI and Power Query experience, with exposure to large and complex datasets Experience in financial services, fintech or similarly data-driven environments Experience improving processes, systems or reporting frameworks in a fast-paced environment Python or SQL skills advantageous Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
