Role Description
This is a part‑time contract remote position for a Marketing Administrator. In this role, you will manage various administrative and marketing tasks, such as supporting campaign creation and execution, maintaining marketing materials, coordinating customer communications, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless operations. You will also collaborate with firm management, and external suppliers to the marketing function.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
* Experience in Marketing and Sales to support campaign planning, promotion, and execution.
* Proficiency in providing Administrative Assistance, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
* Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
* Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and exceptional time management skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role or a background in a business‑related field is preferred.
* Clean driving license, as some event travel may be required.
* Ability to prove right to work status in both UK and Republic of Ireland.
